Pyramid Upper Body and Pyramid Lower Body is designed to increase lean muscle mass and shape & sculpt your muscles.
Pyramid Upper Body consists of a 3.5 minute warm-up, 41 minutes of upper body weight training, 8 minutes of stability ball, 4 minute stretch. Pyramid Lower Body consists of 4.5 minute warm-up, 28 minutes of lower body weight training, 13 minutes of legs & glutes on the stability ball, and a 4-minute stretch.

5 Stars Tuff and thorough
This is a very tuff and thorough workout. It doesn't leave any part of your body, be it upper or lower, not completely exercised. You will see results from doing these workouts. I highly recommend it.
5 Stars Cathe is the BOMB!
Love both of these workouts. Definately worth your money. My biggest complaint is when they change weights on the barbell, I have to pause the workout 'cause I can't seem to get mine loaded and changed as quickly as they can. Also, I have to skip out of the jack knife abs on the stability ball. I always feel like I'm gonna hurt myself. Do upper body one day, lower body the next, on the third day add some cardio, tweek your diet, and results are inevitable!

No matter what your fitness level, you will feel it the next day. Warning about Pyramid Style Lower Body…. you'll be sore for almost a week. Excellent Workout! I love Cathe.

Cathe Friedrich is the best trainer available. If you want a serious muscle burn and get toned, this is the way to do it. I've have gotten great results from using this DVD.

This is a great workout. I have all the Intensity and Body Blast series to do something different each day. The only thing I don't like about the pyramid lower body is that they change the barbell weights too fast. However, she is the best. I would reccomend this workout to anybody.
