5 Stars Good, but gentle workout!
This AB roller, with it's spring return action, has allowed me to strengthen my arms and back with gentle motions – instead of the intense type of workout you get with the Ab Wheels. I am 63 years old, in pretty good shape, but needed something more gentle than the wheel. This is great!

Product is great. Make sure your core is already a bit strong or you'll feel it in your back the next day. Overall a great focused ab workout product.

4 Stars Ab Sl;ider
The Ab Slider is easy to use anywhere, at home or at the office. It mostly has worked on my arms and back, strengthening the muscles in my back and relieving some backaches from poorly toned muscles. At first it was a little hard to use, but as time went on, it became easier. Would buy again, as it doesn't take up much room and works for me!

This Ab workout is excellent. I can feel it in my ABS, shoulders & arms. Like every exercise you got to be consistent. Would i recommend this equipment to my family & friends? YES! I would.

1 Star Try an ab wheel instead…
My roommate in college had an ab wheel which was amazing – the day after I first used it my abs were so sore I could barely move. I wanted to get one for myself but was only able to find the Ab Slider so I decided to try that. It's definitely not the same. If you want to get a really great workout for your abs, I would absolutely recommend getting something like the Ironman Ab Wheel instead of the Ab Slider.
