4 Stars Not for running but great for walking
Being a female I wasn't sure how this vest would fit and as expected it doesn't 'hug' tight enough for running. BUT for walking and overall just adding the weight it works great!

I bought the Valeo 20 lb weighted vest for my best friend because she had admired mine and wanted to start walking with weights. It arrived promptly before her birthday and she was delighted. We wore our vests and walked a mile and a half the day she got it. She is very pleased and I am very pleased with the fast shipping and delivery.

This is a great investment that I will use for a very long time, probably for many years, until it falls apart. It's a great addition to walking on a treadmill or in the streets. Just a nice way to burn additional calories and tone the body in a gradual fashion.

This vest started to come apart at the seams the second time I wore it for a workout. The weight literally fell out. I would not recommend this vest.
3 Stars This is a Walking not Running Vest
I've had the vest for 2 months. It worked very well until I tried to run with it. The upper weights on the chest have torn from the seems. For $60, I expected the vest to last a lot longer. My mistake.
